The foundation for technical, cave and professional training: precise buoyancy and trim, clean fin technique and solid theory.

Prerequisite: Deep Diver and Rescue Diver, age 18+
Precise static and dynamic buoyancy, a flat horizontal trim, frog kick, back kick, helicopter turn, mask swaps, deploying a DSMB without a mask and ascending with deco stops. Theory: gas physics, diving physiology and decompression theory.
